Shipping Policy

At Olympian Athlete, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Order Processing

- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Order Verification: Orders may be subject to verification, which may delay processing. If additional information is required, our team will contact you directly.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

- Standard Shipping: Available for all orders and typically delivers within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, typically delivering within 2-5 business days after processing.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order.

3. Domestic Shipping

- Delivery Areas: We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
- Shipping Times: Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping Carrier: We use reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

 

4. International Shipping

- Availability: We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States of America. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
  
5. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the package status.

6. Shipping Issues & Delays

- Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at olympianathletecorp@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

7. Address Errors

- Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at olympianathletecorp@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

 8. Shipping Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
